Chasing Midnight are a new band on the block from London. Although they maybe a new band, 3 faces are very familiar looking. Greg West and Dan Ferrari-Lane used to be in a band called GMD3, which was later changed to District3 when they went on to X Factor. Unfortunately, District3 split up in October 2013. JJ Clarke was formally in Luminites, who appeared on Britain’s Got Talent. Luminites parted ways soon after. The three boys joined forces, with Heather Nicol becoming a member in the band soon after and Chasing Midnight is formed. As well as being talented musicians, JJ, Dan and Greg are very handsome boys and will go down well with the ladies! Not to mention that Heather is a beautiful girl with a sweet sounding voice. Chasing Midnight is a band for everyone.
Chasing Midnight are looking like one of the hottest new bands for 2015. To launch their name into the industry, the four piece released a mash-up cover on Youtube of George Ezra’s ‘Budapest’ and Rusted Root’s ‘Send Me On My Way’. I am obsessed with this mash-up cover.
They also previewed a snippet of their own original song, ‘Forever Yours’, which is an extremely catchy tune. I’ve had it on repeat for the last 24 hours.
